The 37-year-old Carla Bellucci previously gained notoriety for lying about having depression in order to receive a nose operation on the NHS.
Tanisha’s appearance costs the former beauty model roughly £200 (€217) every month.

Tanisha, 14, would have to rely on her appearance to become a “reality star,” according to Carla, who told Closer magazine that Tanisha was not “naturally intelligent.”
Tanisha isn’t the most academic of girls, therefore unlike my boys, I don’t particularly worry about her education, the woman remarked.

She will need to be flawless since she will have to rely on her appearance to succeed in life.

“Ugly people these days get nowhere,” Carla has spent roughly £200 a month on her daughter’s beauty, paying for hair extensions, manicure care, and eyebrow tinting.

The mother said she would support Tanisha in getting a Brazilian bum lift, an operation that claims the lives of one in 3,000 patients and in some cases involves injecting fat into a vein that leads to the heart and lungs. She is also saving money to pay for her daughter to eventually undergo surgery.
However, Carla thinks her daughter’s bottom “needs improving” and called it “extremely flat.”

She remarked: “At the moment, she adores the Kardashian look with the full boobs and pouty lips. When she turns 16, she will begin receiving fillers, which I totally support.

“Surgery is the logical choice” if she wants to be a successful influencer and reality star, according to the author. Although she has good looks, the surgery will enhance those features.

When Tanisha is 16, she will get lip fillers and botox, and when she turns 18, she will get breast implants, according to Carla. She also intends to get her daughter veneers for her teeth.
While Carla is trying to save money, she is hoping the NHS will cover Tanisha’s surgery.
