Dad-Daughter Duo Sing Classic Song From “West Side Story

Growing up, I spent a lot of time with my family. We would have one family outing every week, and during the weekdays, my dad would spend time helping my brother and me with our soccer skills. Sports has always been his hobby, so we knew that he was passionate about helping us perfect our sport. We loved spending time with our dad, and we’re sure there are so many others like us.

It’s always heartwarming to see a father and his daughter spending quality time with one another because it’s not every day that they may have time to sit back and relax. It’s even better to see when fathers and their children enjoy a hobby or some recreational activity together, during their downtime. This hobby can be whatever they please but one that brings them closer to a unit while having some fun, for us, it was sports and movies!

I think it’s safe to say that Martin and his daughter Faye have found their passion, and what they like to do together, and have brought it to the stage of the famous TV show “Britain’s Got Talent.”

For anyone who hasn’t heard of this duo, the father-daughter are exceptional singers, and their voices complement one another just perfectly. You would think that it would be difficult for a 10-year-old girl to match up to the powerful voice of an adult, but Faye makes it seem seamless as she sings alongside her dad on stage.

The two started off by singing in the car and working on their skills before coming onto the renowned stage in front of the entire world, and not to mention, a panel of strict judges! Although you may not be able to tell, Faye just started singing a year ago, but she has already come so far in her career as a singer; Martin is a full-time performer, and the family is from Cheshire.

Martin and Faye were loved by the judges and the audience, and although they didn’t end up winning this past season, the pair has made a grand entry into the world of music.
