They captioned a post on Twitter that included the behind-the-scenes photos with the phrase “celebrating innovative ideas and the inspiring individuals behind them!”

In one shot, Prince William and Princess Kate are seen looking adoringly at one another while smiling and dressed to the nines: William in a black suit, crisp white shirt, and bow tie; and Kate in a long-sleeved mint green belted dress and Princess Diana’s emerald choker with matching earrings. Both of the royals are wearing jewelry that belonged to Princess Diana.

In another picture, Kate can be seen beaming with happiness at her husband and applauding him as he addresses a big group of people. And still, other pictures show William and Kate all by themselves in their evening gowns at the banquet.

The Earth shot Prize Awards are a ceremony that was started by Prince William to recognize innovators for their achievements in tackling the world’s largest environmental problems. Last week, William and his wife, Kate, traveled to Boston to host their second annual ceremony honoring those innovators.

This year’s gathering attracted a large number of talented people. The evening featured performances from a number of artists, including Billie Eilish, FINNEAS, Chloe x Halle, Annie Lennox, and Ellie Goulding. Meanwhile, broadcasters Clara Amfo and Sir David Attenborough served as hosts and presenters. Actors Catherine O’Hara, Rami Malek, Shailene Woodley, and Daniel Dae Kim also participated in the event as hosts and presenters.
