The sad reason why Celine Dion postponed her tours…

One of the most popular and famous music artists in the world, Celine Dion, has shared some private information that has alarmed followers.

The singer revealed she has recently been diagnosed with a neurological disease that is “one in a million,” requiring her to take a sabbatical from performing.

Dion revealed she had stiff-person syndrome, a progressive neurological system ailment that affects the brain and spinal cord, can result in excruciating spasms and limit mobility, in a moving video shared with followers on Instagram. Although the disease is incurable, symptoms can be managed.

Dion stated, “I’ve always been an open book, and while I wasn’t ready to say anything before, I am now.”

Fans were already aware of Dion’s problems with muscle spasms, which led her to postpone her North American tour dates in January, but this is the first time she has disclosed the underlying condition.

The singer said, “We now know this is what’s been causing all of the spasms that I’ve been having, even though we’re still learning about this unusual ailment. “Unfortunately, these spasms interfere with every area of my everyday life, occasionally making it difficult for me to walk and preventing me from using my vocal chords to sing as I normally would.”

Celine Dion’s planned world tour has had to be altered because of her health difficulties. While the summer performances from May to July are cancelled, those scheduled from February 24 to April 11, 2023, have been postponed by roughly a year.

Dion expressed optimism that she may take the time to pursue therapies, regain her voice, and return to what she loves most. Dion’s admirers across the world will undoubtedly be devastated to learn how the condition has affected her singing voice and performance career.

She added, “My darling children are supporting me and giving me hope, and I have a terrific team of specialists working with me to help me get better.

“Singing is all I know; it’s what I’ve done my entire life and what I enjoy doing most. I miss you so much.” Being on stage with you all and performing for you. I always give everything I have when I perform, but at the moment, my health prevents me from doing so.”
